Where is the pickup point at Auckland Airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall (after customs and duty-free). They will be holding a clear sign with your name. We track your flight, so we will be there when you land, even if your flight is delayed.
How long does the transfer take?
The journey is approximately 25km. In light traffic, it takes about 30-40 minutes. During peak commute times (7am-9am / 4pm-6pm), please allow up to 60 minutes. We use bus lanes where permitted to speed up your journey.
I have a lot of luggage for my cruise. Can you fit it?
Yes. Since the Hilton is next to the Overseas Passenger Terminal, we frequently transport cruise passengers with extra baggage. Please book our Premium Van to ensure plenty of space for large suitcases and cruise trunks.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Our pricing is per vehicle. Whether you are traveling alone or with up to 3 passengers in a sedan (or more in a van), the price is fixed for the ride, making it often cheaper than a shuttle bus for groups.
